Thank you for investing your invaluable time to visit my blog. I speak from the heart and I teach people with a passion. I want to help every person I meet make a difference. My mission in life is “To live with integrity, wealthy and make positive changes on the lives of others.”
Why do I have this life mission statement?
I see the story. And I have been in the story. The story of poverty after the war. The poverty caused by lack of the right education and the lack of quality human resources.
When I was very young age, my mother carried me to a relative’s house in another village in order to borrow their money to buy food. When I studied in secondary school I and my sisters went to help a relative to harvest their rice in order to get a return in some rice because our family was lack of rice for our daily food.
I remember when I was in primary school I was put in a room where two groups of students where together, grade 1 and grade 2, because there were not enough schools and teachers during late 1980s.
These memories remind me to work hard to change my life. And these memories become a burning desire to get out of my buts and excuses to work on new things and make a difference in our society through personal and business development.
I have a mission to be a part of any efforts toward positive changes that are being done by the government and development partners. A mission to change people’s lives through leadership development where people are aware of the importance of taking personal responsibility, A mission to change people’s lives through entrepreneurship development where people learn how to turn problems into opportunities and benefit society as a whole. And a mission to change people’s lives through financial IQ development where people can take charge of their financial lives in this up and down economy.
In 2011, I stopped working for an NGO and started my training team called PMLeadership. We did not have enough money but we have a desire to help people to make a difference.
The difference I am talking about here can be made through leadership development, entrepreneurship development and financial IQ development.
For sure, we are not highly experts of these three things. That is why we have continued our studies with some of the world-class gurus including Robert Kiyosaki, Blair Singer, Les Brown, Bellum Tan, Ron Kaufman, and many more
And that’s why we partner with organizations such as Success Resources, Rich Dad Asia etc.
I personally invite you to join any one of our future programs in Cambodia or in other countries to experience something new that allow you to Learn, to Grow, to Share and to Make a Difference in your life and the lives of others.
